Charlie has studied and practiced Tai Chi and Chi Gung for more than 20 years, in both Taiwan and Australia.

Through Tai Chi and Chi Gung you can integrate many ancient Chinese ideas and practices of health and fitness into your daily lifestyle.

Within a short time, you will learn how to calm your mind and improve the strength and fitness of your body.

You will understand the importance of Chi to your mind and body and enhance the pleasures and joys of life.
